Service Description
This brief 15-minute consultation is an opportunity for us to connect, discuss where you are in your journey, and explore what kind of support you’re seeking. During this call, you’re welcome to share what you’re currently navigating, ask questions about my work, and get a feel for how I approach healing and transformation. This is not a full session, but a space to gain clarity on your next steps and what working together could look like. This time also allows us to determine if we’re the right fit for each other. My work is intentional and deeply personal therefor alignment on both sides is important. If it feels aligned, we can explore the best next step for you moving forward.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Client Policy -Payment & Booking All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. No appointment is reserved without payment. -Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. • Less than 24 hours’ notice = forfeiture of payment • No-call / no-show appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without refund -Waitlist Openings are offered to waitlist clients on a first-come, first-served basis. If no response is received within the given timeframe, the spot will be offered to the next person. Waitlist placement does not guarantee an appointment. -Technology & Preparation All sessions are held via Zoom. Clients must ensure the Zoom app is downloaded, updated, and working, with a stable internet connection, prior to the session. You must be ready at your scheduled time. Session time will not be extended due to technical issues or late logins. Delays on the client’s end may result in a shortened session without refund. -Right to Refuse Service I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at my discretion, including for inappropriate behavior, misalignment with services, or when another provider may be more suitable.
